Cancellation Policy for Tenants:

  • Within 24 hours of confirming a booking. If you wish to cancel your booking, there are specific times at which you can receive a full refund depending on the applicable cancellation policy of the accommodation you booked.
    Booking offers two types of cancellation policies: Standard and Flexible.
  • If you decline the property after view time, the agent that assist you will refund your full amount.

 Standard Cancellation Policy:

  • After you have completed a booking with an advertiser, you have 24 hours to change your mind. If you decide to cancel your booking during this time, no questions are asked! You’ll receive the full amount back.

Flexible Cancellation Policy:

  • After you have completed a booking with an advertiser, you have 48-72 hours to change your mind. If you decide to cancel your booking during this time, no questions are asked! You’ll will receive back the entire amount paid .
  • More than 30 days before your move-in date.
    If you choose to cancel your booking within this time frame, you will receive a full refund .
  • Less than 30 days before and more than 7 days before your registered move-in date .
