Todos los servicios están situados cerca de la vivienda (supermercados, farmacia, clinicas, colegio, instituto etc.. . ). Es un piso soleado y construido altas calidades. En la cocina posee todos los electrodomésticos.
Inicialmente era un piso de cuatro habitaciones pero la propiedad hizo una reforma, para hacer una suite con baño( por lo tanto actualmente es un piso de tres habitaciones). La vivienda esta en una zona priviligiada y de moda en la ciudad ( al lado del parque Eugenio Granell). Los suelos son de baldosa en las habitaciones cocina y cuartos de baño. Las puertas de madera y las ventanas de aluminio con puente térmico, los cristales climalit.
